Refund & Attendance Policies
Tuition Refunds Policy
Payments for courses are refundable if requested at least 14 days before the training begins. If it is fewer than 14 days before the training begins and you are unable to attend, you can choose to either attend by watching the course videos (available in the Student Portal) or retain a credit on file for use towards another training within one (1) year of payment.
If you don’t ask us directly to rollover your course credit to attend another course within one (1) year of payment, your access to course videos and electronic versions of all handouts via the Student Portal constitutes full delivery of the course in the case that you are absent from one or more course days.
The only exception to getting a refund after a course begins is for our Core Competencies and Intensive Training Core (ITC), which are covered in "Our Practitioner Course Guarantee" below. If a refund is requested on a practitioner course (Core Competencies and Intensive Training Courses) after the guarantee window, you will retain a credit for use towards another training within one (1) year of payment.
Our Practitioner Course Guarantee
We are so sure you will value what you learn in the NLP practitioner courses (Core Competencies and Intensive Training Core courses) that we make the following guarantee:
If after you register for and attend either of the following:
- the first weekend of the Core Competencies training
- the first week (5 days) of the Intensive Training Course
and you are dissatisfied with the training, notify the Director of Enrollment that you wish to drop. You will need to return your training manual. Upon receipt of your course manual, we will refund your tuition paid.
Reviewer Discount
If you've taken one of our trainings before and would like to repeat it, we offer you a 75% discount off the full price of the class (cannot be combined with other discounts). Please contact us to arrange payment for a course you would like to review. Reviewer spaces are limited for each course, so please register early to ensure your spot.
Partial Attendance
When you enroll in a training, you agree to pay for the entire training. Should you have to miss a day or weekend, you’ll have access to course videos and handouts via the Student Portal so you can review what you missed.
For the certification courses, the most important thing is that you attend regular study groups as that is where a lot of the deep learning and integration occurs.
