See the patterns. Honor what came before. Make space for what wants to move.
A 4-day experiential introduction to Family Constellations taught by Betsy Gornet
Family Constellations invite us to look beyond the individual and see the larger systems we belong to.
Because sometimes, what feels like a personal struggle is connected to something much bigger.
A relationship pattern that keeps repeating. A sense of not quite belonging. A heaviness you can't explain. A family story that seems to echo across generations. A feeling that you're carrying something that may not actually be yours.
Family Constellations offer a way to explore these experiences by bringing the larger system into view. Rather than trying to fix, analyze, or change what is happening, this work begins with something deceptively simple: Seeing what is.
When what has been overlooked is acknowledged, when those who have been forgotten are given a place, and when what has become disordered is allowed to return to balance, something within the system may begin to shift.
Who Is This For?
This course is for anyone who feels drawn to a deeper understanding of family, relationships, and the systems that shape us.
You may be:
- Curious about Family Constellations and want to experience the work firsthand
- Interested in family history and intergenerational patterns
- A coach, therapist, practitioner, or facilitator seeking new perspectives
- Interested in relational dynamics and human systems
- Exploring your own patterns of belonging and connection
- Drawn to experiential approaches to personal growth
- Simply curious about why some patterns in life seem to repeat
No prior experience is required.
You do not need to be a therapist, coach, or practitioner to participate. You only need curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore.
What You Will Experience
Over four days, you will have the opportunity to:

- Learn to notice dynamics that may otherwise remain invisible
- Explore the relationship between individual experience and larger family systems

- Reflect on the ways family history may influence present-day patterns
- Explore personal questions from a wider perspective
- Experience the power of seeing a system rather than focusing only on the problem
A Grounded, Experiential Introduction To This Work
This 4-day course offers an opportunity to experience Family Constellations directly through:
- Demonstrations
Witness the constellation process and observe how systemic patterns can emerge and become visible. - Guided Small-Group Practice
Explore the principles of constellation work through experiential exercises and structured practice. - Reflective Learning
Take time to integrate what you observe and experience, connecting the work to your own understanding of relationships, family, and systems. - Personal Inquiry
Explore questions that are meaningful to you, always at your own pace and by your own choice.
The emphasis throughout the course is on careful observation, respect, and presence.
You will be invited to notice what emerges without rushing to explain it. To acknowledge reality without immediately trying to change it. To honor what came before without becoming trapped by it. And to explore what happens when we allow a system to reveal itself.
