- What: Three full days of training (Monday evening through mid-day Thursday)
- Where: The Bishop's Ranch outside Healdsburg, CA
- When: Monday, December 7th to Thursday, December 10th, 2026
- Meal times: 8 AM, 12:30 PM, 6:30 PM
- Training times: 9 AM - 12:30 PM, 7:30 - 10 PM
- Afternoons are free time
- Eligibility: Holographic alumni
- Price: Rooms including lodging plus meals (Monday supper through Thursday lunch)
- $745 - dorm-style room
- $895 - private room
- There are a limited number of private rooms. If a room is available, I will confirm that you have one upon registration.
- $595 - commuter (attend training & meals, but do not stay on property)
- Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- No refunds will be issued if we are unable to fill your spot through the waiting list
- Please note that B Ranch spots are nontransferable.
COVID guidelines:
We want to ensure a healthy and safe B-Ranch for all. As some of our attendees (including our trainers) are high-risk and B-Ranch does happen during cold/flu/COVID season, we want to take all possible steps to protect everyone.
- We request that you take a COVID test before the event (and receive a negative result).
- We encourage you to get vaccinated and boosted as you are able.
- We ask you to do a self-administered well-check daily while you’re at the Ranch, and if you develop symptoms, to self-isolate in your guest room and take a rapid test. If the test is positive, we ask you to isolate and return home.
Important Details:
- Please, do not make any travel arrangements until you have confirmation of your spot.
- We will set up a WhatsApp group this year for all group communication - including, but not limited to, self-arranging carpools
- Roommates: Let me know upfront if you want to room with someone in particular - no guarantee, but I’ll do my best
- Couples: Identify yourselves via email, so I know how to assign rooms
- I can NOT hold a space for you until you have emailed me and payment has been processed. B Ranch tends to fill up FAST, so I would advise against waiting until the last minute.
Prepare to Register:
- Head to the student portal
- If you do not have an account, sign up here (with the email address you receive email from us)
- Click on utilities in the top right corner, then update credit card on the utilities page.
- Confirm or add the credit card you would like to use.
