Have you ever wondered HOW we humans create our experience?
Whether we are consciously aware of it or not, we always use internal representations (e.g. pictures and sounds) to create our experience and the meaning we attribute to that experience – the good, the bad, and the ugly. When you know HOW you create your experience you have the choice to change it to more of what you want.
The power of NLP lies in the attention to the structure of experience. Carl Buchheit, our Director of Training and co-founder, will take you through the following exercises. He gives you a quick taste for changing your experience by playing with internal representations.
