NLP Certification Training

The most innovative yet in-depth NLP Training in the San Francisco Bay Area, Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, and the World!

NLP Marin offers a uniquely full spectrum of courses, from NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner Certification classes all the way to the exotic, multi-dimensional explorations Holographic NLP (only available to our Master Practitioner graduates). Our classes are leading-edge and kind of old-fashioned simultaneously. We say our courses are old-fashioned because we take the time and provide the considerable support that students need to truly master the remarkable perceptual and behavioral toolbox that is Neuro-Linguistic Programming .   At NLP Marin we still emphasize a number of incredibly important and powerful skills and tools that other NLP centers no longer bother to teach–or are even capable of providing for their students.

In truth, a lot of the NLP that is offered out there is dumbed down material–optimized for rapid delivery and superficial learning in contexts where depth is discouraged and individual learning styles are over-run by exaggeration, hype, and group-trance momentum that does not last and will not hold in a person’s life.  At NLP Marin, we purposefully teach and interact with our students in a completely opposite way.  For example, from NLP Marin you will never get an email that sounds of feels like this:  “Master 7 Brain-Shattering Secrets To Control People’s Minds!!!!” (unless it’s part of a joke).

Because we teach and learn in depth, we ask a lot or our students…but we give them even more.

Practitioner Certification—The Core Competencies of NLP

The Core Competencies of NLP is a combination of two courses (NLP 1 and NLP 2) that constitute our basic training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming leading to Primary Certification as an NLP Practitioner. We offer this training in two segments to provide students with multiple start dates each year.  Both NLP 1 and NLP 2 are offered twice yearly.

NLP 1: Foundations of Communication and Change

Nine Days (Three 3-Day Weekends)
10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day
click See Calendar for dates.

In NLP 1 you will learn the full, basic communication and change skill sets of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Supervised practice supports integrating these powerful tools into your behavior so that they are automatically and naturally available to enhance communication and connection with others.  You will also learn the powerful NLP change techniques and patterns that will make it easy to make the kinds of choice–and achieve the kinds of life-changing results–that haven’t been available before.  These amazing perceptual and behavioral skills and tools have been proven, for more than 30 years, to work, wherever people are relating and working together.  This course provides each student with a unique understanding and skills that become “the difference that makes the difference”–between run-of-the-mill  capability and truly magnificent art and skill, with self and others.

This course builds on NLP 1, which is a prerequisite. The primary objectives of NLP 2 are to expand your skills repertoire through the addition of the remaining models and frames of the Core Competencies of NLP, and to develop your confidence and competence in using all that you have learned.

Certification as an NLP Practitioner is available at the end of this class.

NLP Master Practitioner Certification Training

Twenty-four Days (Eight 3-Day Weekends)
10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day
click See Calendar for dates.

Our Master Practitioner Certification Training is offered once each year beginning in the fall. It provides the opportunity for the student to develop mastery in the use of NLP through expanded understanding, not only of the NLP model, but also of significant contexts within which the NLP model is taught at NLP Marin. These contexts include:

  • Childhood development psychology
  • Family systems dynamics
  • The physical function of the brain and nervous system
  • Recognition that humankind exists within the frame of a larger whole
  • Implications of operating from a Newtonian versus a Quantum world view

The objectives of the Masters course are to expand understanding of human behavior and how to influence or change it with integrity, to promote continuing movement toward excellence and ease with core-level material, and to provide a powerful increase in the student’s ability to use NLP as a foundation for elegant communication and change in all aspects of life.

Certification as an NLP Master Practitioner is available at the end of this class.

Holographic NLP: Continuing the Journey of Mastery

Nine Days (Three 3-Day Weekends)
10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day

A common lament of NLP students is: “But how do I know what to ask next? How do I know what to do next?” The answer to both questions lies in developing the student’s ability to feel or sense the “whole field” that is the client’s experience of life.

Holographic NLP, a post-Masters course, is about learning to work with the whole by dealing with the parts. It’s about sensing the structure of the client’s whole life (the “whole field”) through having contact with any piece of it. It’s about how to drop down deeper without making things more complicated.

Holographic NLP is about learning to so deeply respect the client’s Present Experience that it ceases to be an obstacle and becomes the compelling pathway to the fulfillment of the Desired Experience.

Major Themes of Holographic NLP Family Systems Dynamics, Advanced Physiology, Virtual Systems, Identity Coherence and Interference, Hemispheric Modeling.

This exceptional and elegant training is unique to Carl and only offered through NLP Marin and to our graduates.
